This site is used to update the 911 emergency address for your UVA Home Remote Phone and/or UVA Softphone Only service telephone number. In order to log in you must have submitted a request for or be a current user of the UVA Home Remote Phone and/or Softphone Only services.

Important: This site is NOT used to update E911 information for any users’ UVA phones physically located in UVA buildings which is done through submitting an ITS/HIT phone relocate service request. In addition, such users that have Softphone Add-on service for their physical phone cannot use this site.
